An Update From Premier Investments of Iowa, Inc.

Per the requests of both the CDC and the State of Iowa, we will be operating in a remote status and eliminating onsite appointments for the time being.  


It is important to understand that the safety of our clients and staff come first.  We work with a large percentage of people who are in what appears to be the most at-risk portion of the population. Due to an overabundance of caution, we have decided that staff and reps should avoid the office whenever possible, and we will be ceasing in-person meetings between now and the end of March. We have instructed staff and representatives to use their best judgement regarding client appointments and time at the office. 


As such, please bear with us as we enact our Business Continuity Program.  The fortunate news is that we have a plan prepared to deal with such scenarios, and we still have access to all information regarding your accounts.  If you call into the office, please understand that we will do our best to accommodate you, but hold times may be a little longer than expected.  Our preferred method of communication (excepting trade orders) would be via e-mail.  Should you need or wish to place a trade, please contact your representative via e-mail, and they will call you as soon as they are able.
